Driver’s Age
The minimum age for drivers is 23 years for vehicle categories A, A1, B, B1, and B2. For categories C, C1, D, J, and Tesla Model 3, the minimum age is 25 years. The maximum permitted age for all drivers is 80 years. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year. For EU citizens, an EU license is sufficient. Drivers from non-EU countries must possess a valid international driver’s license. UK, American, Canadian, and Australian licenses are valid for driving in Greece without the need for an international license.
According to the Convention on Road Traffic European law only European driving license and the countries that have signed the Vienna Convention are allowed to drive in Greece below are the countries that can drive in Greece

Insurance Coverage Included in Rental Price
The rental price includes Comprehensive Insurance (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance (covering death or disability of the driver), Third Party Insurance (material damage or injury to third parties), Fire Insurance, Theft Protection, Unlimited Mileage, and 24-hour Road Assistance.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Included in the rental price, the CDW limits the renter’s liability up to €700 for categories A, A1, B, B1; €900 for categories B2 and C; €1000 for categories C1 and D; €1500 for category J; €2000 for electric category J (Jeep Avenger); and €2500 for Tesla Model 3. CDW does not cover damages caused by traffic violations, tire or wheel damage, key loss or damage,anu missing parts or damage to the undercarriage or interior of the car (including food stains, dirt, or sea salt marks).
Full Insurance Option
A full insurance upgrade reduces the excess to zero (€500 for Tesla Model 3). In all cases, the renter must notify the company immediately in case of any damage to activate the insurance coverage.
Additional Driver
One additional driver is allowed at no extra cost, provided they meet the age and license requirements.
Child Seats
Available upon request at a charge of €3.00 per day.
Fuel Policy
Fuel (or electric charge) must be replenished to the level indicated at pickup. Refueling or recharging costs will be charged in cash or on the credit card, along with an additional service fee. No refunds are given for returning the car with more fuel than what received.
Operating Hours
Pick-up and return can be arranged between 08:30 and 20:30. Services outside these hours incur an additional fee of €20 for either pick-up or return.
Important Note on Insurance Exclusions
The renter is fully liable for all costs, fines, and damages in the following cases:
-Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
-Violation of traffic rules including speeding or running red lights.
-Damage to tires, rims, undercarriage, or loss/breakage of car keys or any car part missing
-Interior damage due to food, drinks, sea water, salt, sun cream, mud, or lack of care.
-Any damage caused by negligence.
-Transporting more passengers than allowed.
-Participation in motorsport events, driving tests, or lessons.
-Using the vehicle for commercial purposes, such as paid transport or delivery services.
-Transporting dangerous, flammable, or illegal materials.
-Engaging in customs violations or illegal acts, regardless of local legal classification.
-Subleasing the rental vehicle to third parties.
Vehicle Category and Model
Reservations are made by vehicle category, not specific make or model. The company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar one without prior notice.
Boat Transport
It is strictly forbidden to transport the rental vehicle by boat without prior written authorization from the company. Transport is only allowed to Ithaca Island. Zante and Lefkada are excluded.
Taxes and VAT
All rental prices include VAT at 24%.
Traffic Violations and Fines
All fines for traffic violations or illegal parking during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
Late Drop off or Early Return
If the renter fails to show up within 30 minutes of the agreed time and agreed location without prior notice, a cancellation fee equal to one rental day will apply. No Refunds are given for earlier car returns without at least 5 days notice.
Arrival Details
Full arrival details (flight or ferry) must be provided in advance if the car is to be picked up upon arrival.
Cancellations / Refund Policy
Free cancellation with 100% refund is allowed up to 7 days before the rental start date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date. Failure to show up on the scheduled rental day without prior notice results in automatic cancellation. No Refunds are given for earlier car returns without at least 5 days notice.
No shows on the day and time or arrival flight of the order without prior notice would cancel your reservation within 30 minutes.
The company also reserves the right to cancel any online reservation within 24 hours of payment and issue a full refund in case of availability issues.
